Our wedding at The Woods Farm was everything we had imagined and more! The whole experience the venue offered made our journey that much more exciting and enjoyable from planning to execution. From our first visit exploring the grounds and meeting the team, we knew that we were in good hands. The Woods Farm team, especially Maddie and Ben, are so welcoming and approachable it really enhances how you feel about putting your trust in them for your big day. The information we received was very comprehensive and there were no big 'suprises' or hidden fees that weren't discussed upfront. On our wedding weekend we were offered support all weekend and really felt at ease with all the stressors that can accompany planning a wedding. While this is a 'DIY' venue you certainly don't have to provide too much as the ceremony and reception spaces are beautiful on their own, but on top of that there was an array of decor choices available to us at no extra cost. The resources made available to us all weekend were some of the main reasons we chose The Woods Farm to host our wedding, from the childrens play areas, animal feeding, yoga, pool, camp fires, cooking facilities to host a welcome night and for guests to make any other meals throughout their stay, and the AMAZING breakfast spread included in our booking to recover after the wedding. This venue has IT ALL.
The venue and team provided the utmost care for us, as well as our friends and family, there is literally nothing I can faulter. All of our family and friends, especially those with children, kept bragging about how wonderful the grounds were and can't wait to book another stay.
Jake and I will be forever grateful for the experience The Woods Farm gave us on our wedding and we too can't wait to go back for a holiday to relive the cherished memories we have made there.

My husband and I got married at the Woods Farm at the very start of spring and the 3 days we were there were incredible! Our guests are all saying it is the best wedding they have ever been to! Everyone had so much fun. We instantly fell in love when we first visited The Woods Farm a couple of years ago and knew we wanted to get married there. The venue catered to all our guests (children included) with a great attention to detail. Where do I even begin with our wedding at The Woods?!
From the moment we walked onto the beautiful property, we knew we wanted our wedding there.
Besides the stunning ceremony chapel, the vibrant grounds and the cutest accommodation, The Woods had the most special vibe and we could not have imagined getting married anywhere else.
The team - especially Maddie - were always there to help with anything or answer any questions, we felt so supported before and especially on the day.
Our day was seamless, and every time I look at the photos I still remember the first time I saw The Woods and fell in love with the venue.
If you're considering The Woods - don't consider, book it! You will not regret it!

We fell in love with the Woods Farm as soon as we saw the Bush Chapel. We loved everything about the Wedding Venue- distance from Sydney, wanting to make it a festival weekend (with a pizza night before and recovery the morning after), the ceremony in the breathtaking chapel and the reception walking distance to the Shed. The fact that so many of our guests were able to stay on site in the cottages and glamping tents really made this feel like a unique wedding experience, in fact, we loved the glamping tents so much we stayed in one on the night of our wedding and loved it!
Maddie and Ben were more than managers, they were so supportive, professional but also could relate on a personal level- they rode the emotional rollercoaster with us. At the Woods Farm you don’t feel like another couple, another weekend- you feel so special, you feel like they value your big day and they are willing to do everything and anything to make your day work. So much so Ben built some timber stairs on the day of the wedding when we identified an issue accessing our marque from the shed (this should have been the responsibility of the marquee supplier).
They say it’s lucky if it rains on your wedding day, and we feel lucky! Rain, hail or shine you couldn’t wipe the smile off our faces. We were never worried about the weather as there was so much shelter at The Woods Farm including at the ceremony and reception locations.
It was better than I had ever dreamt of. We are so grateful to The Woods Farm, especially Maddie and Ben for sticking by our side throughout the pandemic and getting us across the finish line.
Thank you to The Woods Farm for the, I know this sounds cliché, but it was- the best day of our lives.

When searching for a wedding venue we knew we wanted somewhere that could accomodate all of our guests, as well as somewhere that everyone could have a mini-holiday. After walking onto the Woods Farm property and being introduced to Maddie, we both instantly knew we had found our wedding venue! Throughout the planning and organisation and unfortunately rescheduling process, Maddie was a dream. She made everything easy and was in constant contact, especially during the uncertain times brought about by Covid. Once we finally made it to The Woods Farm for the wedding, Maddie and her partner Ben went through everything with us, and supported us the whole time. The wedding was an absolute success, and our friends and family are still raving about how perfect the 3 days were. All of the photos we have seen of our family and friends are beautiful, thanks to the features the Woods Farm offers. If you are looking for a venue where you can organise your family and friends to stay on site, have a welcome dinner and host a breakfast, all before the wedding ceremony, the Woods Farm is the place you have been looking for.

The Woods is just… the best. The place and the people really set a wonderful tone for our relaxed andhappy weekend. We had such a good time, exactly as we’d imagined it - which for us meant, just a chilled weekend with our loved ones! No rushing, no stress. Maddie and the team are awesome, they had everything so under control, and worked seamlessly with our vendors - we didn’t have to worry about anything at all except enjoying ourselves!
The Chapel is *perfect* - it was a very windy day, but with it being a little tucked away there was just a light breeze; and the jasmine was in full flower, so divine. It was such a beautiful environment in which to spend the most important part of the day.
We then used the outdoor reception space for a lazy long afternoon of drinks and food, it was great. The space is so flexible, but already so beautifully set up - when we had some issues with decor, it didn’t even matter, because the backdrop is already stunning.
Just such a great idea for a venue - I haven’t seen anything else quite like it. They’ve created a beautiful space, which is really flexible to allow you to make it into whatever you want. The welcoming pizza night was a huge hit! And we loved spending the third day lazing by the pool and hanging out with the animals. Getting to spend the whole weekend with our loved ones was awesome - everyone loved that it was essentially a mini-holiday!
To Maddie and The Woods Team - thank you so much. We loved it. Can’t wait to come back for anniversaries and holidays - and to visit the goats!

The Woods Farm is the only place to have your wedding!! Our experience with Maddie and the team was unrivalled. Anyone who had been planning a wedding in 2020 would understand how chaotic and upsetting that time was. Maddie and The Woods Farm team were with us every step of the way, providing support and comfort through a time that was tricky for the business, and everyone involved.
When the day finally arrived, we honestly couldn't have asked for a more caring and diligent team to help us bring it all together. They made the whole process seamless and easy. The venue was in perfect condition and our guests could not have spoken more highly of it. The Chapel was memorable, The Wedshed was breathtaking and the cottages and glamping tents were stylish and comfortable. All of our guests felt at home, and that's all we wanted for our day. We had a number of our guest making plans to return for their own personal getaway. The 3 day experience ensured we had plenty of time with our family and friends, with The Woods Farm providing such a range of amazing spaces.
Through the whole experience, we felt we were in safe hands, and reflecting on the whole experience, I wish we could do it all again! We can't thank everyone at The Woods Farm for taking care of our most precious day. We will remember every moment forever!

Our wedding at The Woods Farm was the most wonderful experience of our lives and to be able to celebrate for a whole weekend with our family and closest friends, especially after a year of everything being so uncertain, was such an incredible blessing.
The property and all of the facilities are stunning and so well maintained. The accommodation is beautiful and comfortable and homely. The atmosphere was relaxed and warm and filled with love. But above all, the staff at The Woods Farm are unbelievable. Maddie, Ben and the team went above and beyond to make sure our weekend was everything we dreamed it would be, it was like working alongside old friends and we will be forever grateful for all that they did for.
We have received so much amazing feedback from our guests – most of whom couldn’t pick a favourite moment. From the pizza night to the early morning yoga and animal feeding to our reception in the stunning wedding shed and the lavish breakfast on Sunday morning – everything about the weekend was perfect and it has inspired many of our friends to want to return to The Woods. We will most definitely be back!

When I first visited The Woods Farm, I instantly felt relaxed. Driving past the stunning glamping tents, driving down the road with beautiful quoted signs I knew this place was something special. When we did our walk through, I couldn't believe how beautiful each area was. The pool area, Veggie Garden, Petting Zoo, Chapel and Wed Shed are extremely well maintained and that's a credit to the staff. I knew this was exactly where my husband and I would get married. The team went above and beyond for us not only on the day but the months leading up to it and the months after they still kept in contact. Everything ran so smoothly on the day. I would highly recommend staying for a weekend or mid-week to truly experience it before your wedding day.
It's hard to pick our favourite part of the day. Getting ready in the stunning lake house with the beautiful views, to walking through the arches arriving to the breath-taking chapel, to our incredible reception and our first dance outside under the fairy lights. Our guests couldn't stop commenting on every part of it!
Maddie, Ben, Rachel and team went above and beyond for us. No request was too large for them. They were always contactable which we loved! They made you feel at ease about the whole day and were with us every step ensuring it all went to plan. They made sure we had our dream wedding!
You couldn't fault the team at The Woods Farm for their high level of service, attention to detail and beautiful kind natures.

We loved having our wedding at The Woods Farm. We wouldn’t have changed anything. You girls and the team were incredible and so helpful. The customer service you provided was so wonderful and we felt special the entire time. Your support, kindness and communication was fantastic. The property obviously is superb however if the experience the team provided wasn’t as it was, the day, our wedding, and our stay for our guests and us wouldn’t have been as magical so thank you.
Handy tips- be prepared and have runners on the day between cottages if needed because phone reception is not optimal. Bring a speaker for music when getting ready. Get south coast nannies on board if there are children so they can be looked after and parents can let their hair down and not worry.

Well it finally happened, 3rd attempt with fires and covid but it was everything it was meant to be.
We could not have asked for a more perfect day and The Woods Farm turned our special day into a fairy tail.
The beauty of the venue is easy to see but what they can’t show you in photos or the social posts is that it is the staff that add that sparkle of magic. We will be forever grateful for all of their kind words, little special touches and just all round beautiful hearted people that make this venue one of a kind.

It is difficult to put into words how special this was for us for so many reasons (at least without tearing up again) but we know that everything that brought us to The Woods was leading us in the right direction and we could not be more thankful.

Wow... It's hard to even begin to put into words our Woods Farm wedding experience. It was truly what dreams are made of. It's easy to see how absolutely stunning this property is, it's like something out of a movie. You don't have to do a single thing to this venue and it is the most magical place you've ever been.
What we loved most was the love, support and endless effort The Woods Farm team put into our day to make it absolutely perfect and effortless. They truly felt like family and went above and beyond from the very second we stepped onto the property. They filled our time on the farm with laughs and made us feel so relaxed and excited- we are forever grateful for everything they did for us. We've had so many people say it was the best few days ever and they are already wanting to go back.
From the pizza night, to the wedding day, to the recovery breakfast- if people had not yet met prior to the wedding, they sure are great friends now! Honestly, our day ended up being even more amazing than we could have ever imagined. Thank you Woods Farm! xx

Just WOW!! Our wedding at the woods farm jervis bay.
What can we say, it was truly the wedding we had always imagined, extending to a weekend of celebration with all our family and friends gathered together!
It was an enchanted experience from our welcome dinner in the veggie garden under festoon lights, surrounded by growing herbs while enjoying fresh homemade wood fired pizzas straight from the oven.
Everyone retreating in there gorgeous glamping tents or cottages for the night only to awake with a day full of activities, feeding the assortment of animals the farm has to offer, or doing yoga to start the day, or roaming the grounds on the provided bicycles, all this before flocking into THE BUSH CHAPEL!!
Oh my, the bush chapel, this is what sold us, the beautiful jasmin arches leading up to this enchanting open air wooden chapel that we couldn’t wait to get married in.
The guests then could mingle in the outdoor seating area while we get photos taken from the million and 1 picturesque spots the farm has to offer, before entering the next main attraction THE SHED!!
With its roof already pre dripping in ivy, I really had minimal decorating to do.
The space is massive to work with.
Then to wake up with breakfast in the pool area was just a great way to end the best weekend of our lives.
Every step of the way the woods farm staff where there to help, to guide us and be a boost of confidence.
We can not thank them enough, making our day so perfect, easy to deal with, and so professional.
Thank you sooooooo much woods farm, our wedding was everything we imagined and more, honestly a true fairytale come true.

I don’t even know where to begin. I could not have imagined how wonderful my wedding was going to be at The Woods. Yes, it looked beautiful when I visited, but the place somehow came alive when it was filled with all the people I love. Pizza under a starry sky, fairy lights everywhere, cuddling goats in my wedding dress - it was utterly magical. So many of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been too, and that’s in no small part to your amazing venue and wonderful team.

The venue is beautiful, everything is so well set up and the team are incredibly helpful. Additionally, the venue has a veritable Aladdin’s cave full of styling bits and pieces that are included in the hire cost. We styled the room ourselves, and only had to bring our own candles - everything else was from the venue and looked impeccable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a longer more relaxed vibe for their celebration.
