WE KNOW YOU LIKE THE DETAILS
A good holiday? Its all about the details, and we have plenty of those. Wondering how the beds are laid out, is there a laundry, where is the kitchen in relation to the living room - see the floor plan below.

Every house has exactly the same layout, except for the Flowerhouse which has disabled access with a walk in shower, no bath, 2 queen rooms and the third room is a double instead of two singles.
​
Each house has its own unique decor, artworks and colour scheme which ties in with the name and style for each house - check out more in the gallery.
COUNTRY cool...WITH A CRAZY WOODS TWIST
We have 8 individual houses that have each been lovingly restored and renovated with the quirky cool woods style. Its sort of luxury, its kinda country, its a little bit cool, but kind of wierd...its original, yet familiar. Its The Woods Farm and we hope it's like nothing else.

Each of the houses are identical in layout. There are three bedrooms in each cottage (2 queen rooms and a twin single room) and the option to utilise the 2 single daybeds in the living room. There is a bathroom with seperate shower, toilet, vanity and bath - oh and some luxury perfumes to use for your stay. There is a laundry with a washing machine and an additional toilet.

The Flowerhouse layout is slightly different and has 2 queen rooms and 1 Double room, 2 single daybeds in living room, disabled access with walk in shower, no bath and wider hallways.
​
The living room is open plan and combines a lounge area, day bed, dining room and kitchen. Each house has a large 55 inch flat screen LED TV with full foxtel package so you can chill out, veg out and movie out.
​
The Kitchen is fully equiped with diswashers, cups, glasses, mugs, plates, crockery, pots, pans, utensils...basically whatever you need for a good ol' country cook up.
​
And of course all the mod cons - fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster et al.
